Verani Commercial Aces Rake It In at the Annual Ozzies
Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Verani Realty agents, staff and guests gathered Friday night, January 31, for a fun and festive 20s themed evening of dinner, dancing and celebration at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in downtown Manchester. The annual event celebrates the top performers for the brokerage in the year prior. The Commercial Division came away from the evening with six awards for its Advisors.
The annual "Ozzie Awards" were created to honor the founder and namesake of Verani Realty, Osvaldo "Ozzie" Verani. They serve to recognize agents who have achieved a high level of performance, as determined by gross commission income or number of residential units sold. Patricia Verani, Ozvaldo's wife, was a noted local artist. She designed and created the original award statue that is still given out to award winners today.

Michael B. Charron
In addition to being named as an Achiever of the Year, Senior Advisor Michael B. Charron was honored with the Chairman's Circle Platinum award for his accomplishments in 2019. Michael was also named the #3 agent at Verani Realty for his GCI in 2019.
Joan and Michael will both be honored at the BHHS National Convention in Nashville TN next month for their hard work and dedication. At this year's celebration, Kathy DeMello once again received the honor society award. Whether she is working with investors, business owners, friends or family she works hard for her clients from day one. Kathy is a former President of the NH Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS® and New England Commercial Property Exhange, as well as an executive board member for the NH Association of REALTORS®.
