Founded in 1967, Osvaldo “Ozzie” Verani framed Verani Realty’s business philosophy on the principles of mutual respect, trust, customer service, and quality. Throughout the years, Verani Realty has never lost sight of Ozzie’s core values.

In 2014, Verani Realty became an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a global real estate franchise brand known for its trust, integrity, longevity, and stability.

Today, we are Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty, a team of more than 600 licensed real estate professionals who represent communities across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont.

With more than 50 years in the industry, Verani Realty’s Commercial Division delivers positive results, enhanced value for our clients, expert analysis, and local/regional market knowledge. We specialize in investment sales, land development, seller/landlord representation, and buyer/tenant representation experience. We also practice retail, multifamily, industrial, office, hospitality, and mixed-use asset for clients throughout the lifecycle of ownership.

Through our many years in the industry, we have developed more than 100,000 acres of land in northern New England, completed the successful acquisition and disposition of more than $2 billion of commercial properties, and effectively negotiated leases with a transaction value of more than $300 million. Additionally, we have assisted clients in raising private equity, debt placement requirements, structuring tax deferred exchanges, and identifying alternative strategies to acquire, own and manage passive real estate investments.
