Concord, NH Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s commercial division brokered the sale of 91 units in Concord, Manchester, Wakefield and North Conway, for $7.25 million on March 12th. The portfolio of properties was sold by Spofford Enterprises to Smolin Capital Management, LLC.

The 11-building portfolio consists of seven properties in Manchester; two properties in Concord; one property in Wakefield; and one property in North Conway. Buildings in the portfolio range from a three-unit multifamily to a 35-room motel.
