Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has released their second quarter standings and Verani Realty Commercial Division’s own Michael B. Charron achieved the 92nd place within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices national network, consisting of more than 50,000 agents, for total Gross Commission Income (GCI). Additionally, he placed first in New Hampshire for Total GCI in the second quarter.

With Charron’s vast experience advising clients, including prominent families, institutions, non-profits and investors in New Hampshire and his many years specializing in the acquisitions and disposition of multi-family assets, he is a valuable asset to the Commercial Division. He is always adding value to his clients through his vast skill set including valuation, analysis, and negotiation.

It is his more than 15 years as a licensed appraiser that allows him to evaluate assets quickly and confidently. His long-standing relationships and extensive network of developers, entrepreneurs and investors allow him to quietly transfer quality assets time and time again.
