To protect the health and well-being of our agents, staff and community, and after careful consideration, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s Leadership Team has made the decision to reduce our regional offices to minimal staff effective at the end of day on Friday, March 20th. Verani Realty Commercial in Londonderry will be staffed by the department director and the administrator for the time being. Should this change, we will update as soon as possible.

In Office Meetings

We have advised our advisors to only come into the office if completely necessary. However, we do understand that there may be some circumstances that an in-person meeting is required. Conference rooms are available for meetings, but advisors have been instructed to follow CDC recommendations for social distancing and to limit interactions to as few people at a time as possible. Conference rooms are cleaned & disinfected after any use.

Listing, Buying & Leasing Consultations

While we usually like to sit down with our clients in person for consultations, we are prepared to utilize our video conferencing technology to virtually deliver marketing presentations and consultations for sellers, buyers, lessors and lessees with the same care and research we have always prided ourselves on.

Showings

While in person showings are being discouraged, if our advisors and their clients feel comfortable we are still able to do in person showings. To help prevent the spread of this virus, we are encouraging our advisors to utilize video conferencing services or other video chat platforms to take buyers and lessees on live virtual walkthroughs of properties.
