Lucciano‘s Italian Ristorante & Bar has leased 5,100+/- SF adjacent to Shaw’s Supermarket. Owned and operated by Tina and Lou Hatsiandrou the new space is almost triple the size of their previous restaurant where they built up a local following and reputation for offering gluten free pastas and baked goods for 20 years. The new restaurant has 164 seats and a custom-designed wooden bar top that seats an additional 18 guests.

The new restaurant space will allow them to expand their gluten-free menu to include items like their popular chicken parmesan, as well as add a whole section of baked goods. Tina and Lou plan to add gluten-free cakes to their offering which they will showcase in a display case. They are also adding dedicated gluten-free ovens and a dedicated gluten-free deep fryer to cater to those with Celiac disease and severe gluten allergies. “That’s just not something you’ll find in many places”, owner Tina explained.

Apple Tree Shopping Center was purchased a year and a half ago by Vernco Apple LLC. Since the property changed hands, 7 new tenants have opened their doors with 2 more businesses under construction. The center is managed by Vernet Properties and The Retail Team at Verani Realty spearheads leasing efforts.

Lucciano’s old home at 52 Gilcreast Road is currently listed for sale by Advisor Scott Reiff at Verani Realty.
